Union Los Angeles accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of the delivery date for store credit or refund. Please note that all high-heat footwear, limited collaborations, and discounted items are considered final sale.

Print Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, including all tags and designer boxes, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the items for quality assurance, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
